I'm pretty sure Madewell has become my favourite chain. There isn't a single thing that I don't want. All of a sudden monthly trips to Seattle seem so easy and breezy. What's a three hour drive and a possible hour boarder delay when one can return with slew of amazing basics... And shoes! Like these adorable cross strap heels. Just low enough to be everyday; just high enough for the evening. Plus there's something about this shade of leather that gets me every time.
Thankfully, no real need to drive across the border -- they do ship to Canada, afterall.

Actually, a friend of mine got the wedge version of this shoe and she says they are very comfy!
I love them! I just bought a pair similar to them though...but with a much higher heel. Makes it hard to justify wearing them during the day...wish I would have held off until I saw these beauties!

Nice pick! I was also coming to the comments to see what was here on comfort. I know J.Crew is not preferred around here but I've had great experience with their shoes made in Italy. Glad to hear Madewell holds up as well!
If my nude Seychelles sandals and tan strappy Pour La Victoire heels had a love child, they might look something like these Madewell shoes. So cute.
