Being from the land of mighty trench coats, Topshop currently carries an amazing selection of trenches with a unique and updated take on the classic. This adorable polka dot (or as the British say 'spotty') double-breasted trench immediately caught my eye with its double bow (I love bows) back detail. It's just so adorable.
There are a couple of things to note when shopping online at Topshop. First, understand that Topshop operates in British sizing so UK 6 equals US 2. Second, as someone who has been to Topshop numerous times, I was surprised at the low quality of some fabrics. Look for natural fabrics like cotton, silk, and wool, and skip the polyesters and rayons (this lovely coat is 97% Cotton).

Cute trench! I second you on the quality issue. When I first set foot in Topshop in London, I was surprised at how cheap some of the items felt, particularly because when you convert pounds to dollars this "affordable" fast fashion chain can be pricey for Canadians.
