White eyeliner is a little on the extreme side, but in combination with minimal make-up and bare lips - it looks beautiful. Make-up artist Pat McGrath applied white eyeliner above the eyes leaving everything else looking natural with just a touch of pink blush.
I think it looks great with all skin colours but definitely proceed-with-caution because it can go terribly wrong for some.

I actually tried this look ages ago but I didn't have a very good eyeliner/shadow, because it kept caking, so I gave it up. I think it's a great look and equally dramatic as black, but you're right... it's something you should try out first at home and see if it suits you.
oh man.. i haven't worn white in a so long. i need to practice on how to put it on better without looking JB!
I love the look of white eyeliner but I agree that one def has to be careful not to go overboard. Hooray for spring makeup looks!
